    quick doctor prescription question

If I saw a derm to get propecia, and he wanted me to come back for refills later could I go back to my normal GP instead and just tell them im now taking this and have them refill it instead? Its cheaper to see a doctor verses a specialist, but I know a derm knows more about it and would prescribe me it. Doctors seem more reluctant, but could he refuse to refill it since he didnt prescribe it? I dont want to get locked into a life time of expensive derm visits just to get a refill
I never really took a prescription for anything before, and not a huge fan of having to constantly see a doc for refills seems a bit silly

that is silly. Call you GP tomorrow and see if they'd be willing to do that. They can definitely prescribe propecia, the question is if they would want to do a check up for liability reasons
