Agree with BE, but you have a diffused loss in a NW2 pattern. I do see an improvement from the back but overall it is difficult to say for sure because lighting, angles, etc. are all different. The image sizes are very small as well.

Will LLLT help with the diffuse pattern? I am also considering finasteride but am scared of side effects

It could be the lighting but to me it looks like some improvement is there. Keep doing what you're doing. The added treatments should help too. I'd say you're closer to a NW1 than a NW2 in the after pics. In any case, hopefully these treatments will allow you to hold off surgery for years to come! Good luck!

Thank you for your rating! I have a question. What are your thoughts on the efficacy of LLLT? Also, I am considering adding finasteride but I am afraid of the side effects. What are your thoughts on the side effects of propecia? Thanks!

Some claim that LLLT helps but I am skeptical. I believe that most will tell you that the possible result does not justify the price. You current regimen seems solid already and you made some really nice progress in only two months. Congrats!

You can try finasteride. Hope, it will have the same effect on you as the other treatments. However, it finasteride also did not do anything for some.

Do you believe I can maintain with my regimen for 4-5 years? Do you take finasteride?
