i got a prescription online by typing in my symptoms and it works with US pharmacies, but I order online generic dutas to save money. I started taking .5mg every other day for 2 weeks, then took it daily for a couple of months and have backed off a bit now. I backed off not because I noticed any sides, but mostly because I am a little paranoid about long term side effects, and would rather be bald than have other serious medical complications in the future. I take it every other day (on average), i figure this is probably enough anyways to be a potentially effective dose.
