Can long time high testosterone by dutasteride cause more hair loss?
I know testosterone is not as potent as DHT, but since dut supposedly reduces so much DHT it leaves a lot of free testosterone in the blood.
Can this cause more hair loss? And will this be the reason why some people have better results on finasteride instead of dutasteride?

There is no answer to most MPB questions. I mean there is no evidence of that, but I still have a tough time believing T contributes absolutely nothing to MPB over the years. I would say its possible, but again no one knows for sure.
From what we know so far in theory DHT causes hair loss so Dut should work better. The T I guess is irrelevant.

Will our body down-regulate to produce less Testosterone when sensing excessive amount of free T in the blood?
Getting rid of DHT is a good thing, but leaving too much free T is not healthy.
