When will histogen's HSC be available?

Is it likely that Histogen's treatment will be available outside the US in late 2016/ early 2017? And is there anything we can do to speed up that process? I am one of those who can't use finasteride, and I can't wait for this to come out. Too bad it takes forever..

They claim 2018 in a few countries (not the US) so 2-ish years, but given the way things go in this game I bet they'll take longer than they say. On the other hand, at least they're saying something.

The best option available in the next few years in treating MPB will be to - shave your head bald, become a recluse from society (literally live in a cave or deep in the woods of Montana), give up on women completely (become asexual) and become apathetic towards everything in life (drinking helps)... who says a life like this would be that bad? haha :P

We need this treatment ASAP. Is there anything we can do to speed up the progress? To my knowledge they are going to start up phase III outside the US in 2016 (I just hope that it is early 2016 and not late 2016..). So how long does a phase III really last? About 1 year? To me it seems like this is the closest thing we are to a cure at the moment
