Asymmetrical thickness of hair

I am 17
I have a receding hairline for the past 2 year.
I am not going further into it.

For the past 9 months i am experiencing more receding and my
Right side of my head is far less thicker than my left side.I can see scalp through it .
What cold be the reason ?
I have heard baldness affect top of head and not sides.
All other parts of head have nice thickness.
Is this a sign of MPB (hope not).

IS there any way to determine that i am balding or is it mature hairline ?

My hair line is receding in straight line . There is a small peak at center .
