what the difference between ru58841 solution and powder

i would like to start use ru58841 and im not sure what i should order exactly.
what the difference between ru solution ( 50 ml. is it liquid?) and ruactive powder?

i think with the powder, you can make whatever % solution you like, and you can store the powder in the fridge long term

the premixed has a shorter shelf life, and you really don't know what percent ru is in there, if there is even any ru at all.

for instance i bought the premixed ru from anagenetic inc, it just smells like propylene glycol, basically just like minox solution. i have no idea is its really 5% ru and h0q much is in there. with the powder at least you can physically see it. getting the recipe/chemistry/ ingredients to make the solution is the only pain in the ass part.
