Started my Minox treatment just a few weeks ago with a bit longer hair as well and I can tell that Minox changed the way my hair looks like in the morning a bit (slightly more sticky). It would really look not so nice if I would give up on shampoo. If your hair tends to be rather dry you may just be fine.
