hard flaccid penis from finasteride

It's cold genital like in shower.
I feel cold down( genitals), and have hard flaccid penis is like a muscle is hard in inside the penis.
I don't have desire for sex and difficult to up my penis and low libido.
Somebody have/had this? And if have it's this go away like my body adjusting?

PS: I take finasteride for like 2-3 months and now i stop take temporary.
