What is going on? Sides Thinnning

Hello, 35 year old male. I have mpb on the TOP of my head, but I've kept it at bay with Propecia and Rogaine. Recently, I noticed the sides of my hair are starting to thin. They weren't like this even a few months ago. I have been on a prescription called Omeprazole for acid reflux for about two months. I could be crazy and maybe have just never noticed it before, but it really seems like my hair went to hell as soon as I started on this medication. Hair loss is listed as side effect in less than 1% of people on this drug. Can anyone tell me if the sides of my head could be from regular MPB?

Does not look like the usual pattern of hair loss on the temples to me. I believe that you will experience some regrowth when you stop that medicine.
