See a dermatologist asap for Propecia to thicken and keep your hair.

Balding is dominant, so if you get a gene from either parent, it's gonna happen. I would agree with
BaldingEagle.
It does seem like the start of male pattern baldness.
However, the good news for you is this. Since your father didn't lose his hair, your baldness won't
be as aggressive as your brother's (most likely). It will be slower, because at least half your genes are good.
How is your hairline doing?
