    I agree with Arfy that if you are not seeing any further progression of your loss then it is likely that the medication is working. Remember, the medication's greatest benefit is holding you steady, not thickening. If you do experience thickening then consider yourself lucky as it will only mean a better result if you have a procedure or it could even mean you won't need a procedure. The efficacy of the medication does continue past ten months so you may still yet see some gains but if you don't and you hold steady that means you have a stronger base to build upon with a procedure, should you so wish to have one.

    Your donor zone appears good in the photos and if the sides are similar then you are probably a candidate.
