It's honestly hard to tell because the pictures are really blurry... BUT, my hunch is that it's just a cowlick. Another option could be that it's a bald patch that isn't related to MPB, which means there would most likely be a solution to it if you found out what was causing it. For example, I have a friend who had small bald patches show up all over her scalp. Turned out it was all stress/diet related. Once she fixed those issues, the hair came back.
If you wanted to try to have someone take some better quality photos, that would help people give you a more definitive answer. And if it's something that's really concerning you, your best bet would be to meet with a dermatologist or a hair transplant surgeon to have them evaluate you and see what's going on.
Btw, you have SO much hair.
