Here's the thing... ONCE you start noticing your hair loss and start reading about things like shedding and medications and blah blah blah... your mind starts to play tricks on you. You CANNOT rely on the hair you are losing, rather the hair you are gaining. Try your best to ignore it and monitor it again in a couple months.
