finasteride & dut

Hello all,

I've been on fin (1mg every day) for nearly a year and a half.

I also added dut (.5 mg every day, eased in over 2 weeks taking it 3-4 times a week) in mid May. This means i've been on it for 5 months.

Anyways, things have not really improved at all. my hairline has receded farther, and i have lost density all over my head (since i started a year and a half ago). I'm kind of losing hope with these things, as I expected that dut would help me a bit.

Anyone in a similar situation/go through this and have any insight?

I should also mention that I have been getting the dut from inhousepharmacy and it is Dr Reddy's. I'm not sure if this matters, besides some slight paranoia that it may not be legitimate.

Also, would it be a bad idea to up the dose from .5 mg to 1mg?
