finally joining

I have been reading this forum for quite a while as well the the *** forum and now finally also wanted to get involved so that I can socialize about hair loss and ask my questions concerning the treatment I am planning. Unfortunately, I do not know many guys I can talk about hair loss with and because I am very concerned about it and defiantly think that there must be something out there that helps.

I am about Norwood 4 and 28 years old. I plan to start to use RU as an alternative to Minoxidil that did not seem to work with me. I currently experimenting with some food supplements as well. I am taking a blend of biotin and zinc but I am also not so sure about the effect of these either.
