    Is this a good plan?

Hello I am new to this site and I wanted a few second opinions on this.
So i'm a 21 year old man who's hair line is thinning. I've had 2 treatments of PRP in the past and had good results, but my hair goals were unfortunately not met. There are 2 places in LA that do Stem Cell Hair Therapy which is essentially a much more powerful PRP with fat derived stem cell being injected into the scalp. However, the cost for this is not far off from the cost I was quoted for a small transplant.
I was thinking if I got one time transplant and annually got a PRP treatment I think I would be all set. Thoughts?

One important detail is that I make a living as a model. So my appearance is basically my career and my hair has to look in tip top shape.

I'm aware of the general fear of getting a transplant at such a young age. But I don't think I'll be rapidly balding in the new few years.

Just get on fin. A lot cheaper and a lot more effective at keeping hair. If I got a transplant at 21 (which is how old I am) I would probably take Dutasteride to be safe.

If everything you are saying is accurate, then a "one time transplant" will most likely ruin your hair and your devastate your life (not to be dramatic)...If you have MPB and are just starting to thin in a specific area, then a hair transplant is a HORRIBLE idea, and any ETHICAL doctor would not touch you. Hair transplants should be reserved for older people that have a specific hair loss pattern AND that have sustained that pattern for YEARS with medications such as finasteride and minoxidil.
