27 y/o balding Male looking for advice

Hey, I stumbled upon this website and quickly realized there are a lot of knowledgeable people on here willing to offer their advice so here goes.
I'm 27. I started to notice I was losing a little bit of hair about 3 years ago. It hasn't been until the last 1.5 years that I've noticed it more and more. It's gotten to the point where I either do something about it(finasteride, hair transplant, etc) or I accept my fate and start getting a buzz cut or shave my head completely.
I have a relative who has been taking Finasteride for many years and he highly recommends it. He told me to ask my doctor to prescribe 1.25 mg daily. I've attached some pictures so guys let me know what you think? Is it worth salvaging? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, if there are certain vitamins or diets that are good natural deterrents to hair loss, please advise. Thanks!

It is certainly worth salvaging - and all the diet and vitamins in the world are not going to stop hair loss.

      Finasteride/dutasteride are compulsory.

I know this thread is old. But it can be helpful for others, who find this thread like me. Fin really stopped my hair loss and I have not lost any more hair. I started taking it early on during my hair loss 3 year ago (at 37) so I believe that played a role in how effective it has been for me. I am very happy with the results. Hope this helps.
