Best Shampoo/Conditioner Experiences - Hair is Starting to Thin!
Hey all, I'm a 36 year old man, and have recently noticed that my hair is thinning at the back of my head (ugh). I've always had a pretty gnarly cowlick back there, and now my hair seems to have had enough of it.
Are there any shampoos and/or conditioners that anyone has found succes with? My wife picked up some Bio Follicle, which I've been using for a couple weeks - anyone had success/failure with that one? I see some good reviews on Amazon for Pura d'or and Lipogaine. Anyone on here with positive/negative experiences with any? Thanks all!!

Maybe someone else has better recommendations on the shampoos, but its more a feel good treatment that helps you feel your doing something. Really without fin (maybe with it) nature will run its course. Right now if you dont alter androgens your going to slowly bald over the years regardless of shampoos. Although I understand peoples reservations about taking a life long drug.

Choosing the right shampoo and conditioner is crucial for individuals with thinning hair. Look for products that contain ingredients like biotin, caffeine, and keratin, which can help to strengthen and volumize hair. You can check this general air conditioning and learn more new tips for finding the best conditioners. Avoid harsh chemicals like sulfates and parabens, which can damage hair and exacerbate thinning. Reading reviews from others with similar hair concerns can also be helpful in finding the best products for your needs.
