not able to find solution for ru58841 in medicine stores

after struggling with hairloss for over 8 years and losing almost all my frontal hair , i decided to order ru58841 from kane but have not been able to find everclear alcohol 195 proof and propylene glycol aka pg in medicines store like walgreens. can someone tell me a place where i can get that and start my experience with ru58841 ?
