Your photos are blurry and not well lighted. It's hard to tell. What class do you think you are? (We all look at the same Norwood chart.)

Im confused as some doctors told me class 4 and others said im 5 and one doctor told me 6 !

After the hair transplant the new hairs usually tend to fall out. There should be no reason to worry, just because they have fallen out doesn't mean that they won't grow back in. It's still so early in the process. I'd say give it at least 5 months to see true progress

You look like a "future 6" to me (it's hard to tell). The different answers from doctors might be because some doctors are grading you on where you are right-this-moment, while another doctor is looking forward to tell you where you are headed in the future. Looks to me like diffuse thinning all over the top of your scalp, which I interpret to mean a future Norwood 6 or even 7 eventually.
I would put more stock in what answers you get in-person.
Also, since you already had a transplant, that probably makes it harder to answer the question at this point.
