Doctors, what causes sebum plugs?

Ever since the one year mark of fin (11months ago) I've been shedding and my some of my shed hairs have a hard sebum ball surrounding the bulb.. Others will have build up going up the shaft but not the hard sebum ball. Why did this happen on fin?? Do I need dutasteride to get 5AR1 knocked down in the sebaceous glands? Totally at a loss and tried medicated shampoos etc.. To no avail.



Would like a DOCTOR to respond PLEASE.

Hairline receded bad and crown is thinning as well. Seems either that fin had ZERO effect on me or my body completely kicked it? I don't know anymore
