Default Starting new therapy (almost all natural) reporting here

    Dear everyone,

I am a 31 years old male. Since 2 years I have been noticing the signs of androgenetic alopecia. Now my scalp starts being visible on the crown which worries me. Having a PhD and a passion for research I spent several days researching all around the web and medical literature and this is the therapy that I designed for myself which I am starting as next week.

The idea is trying something which avoids Finisteride which I do not want to take for its side-effects. In addition, I see androgenetic alopecia as a symptom of a more general ormonal DHT imbalance that could also lead to more dangerous complications (see for instance, http://www.health.harvard.edu/family...lyhealth-guide )

So my therapy is going to be:

    - Himplasia starting once per day, 2 tablets per day if necessary ( http://www.himalayawellness.com/prod.../himplasia.htm ) This is what I am going to use as DHT Blocker instead of Finisteride

    - Omnivit Hair care twice daily ( http://www.newpharma.be/pharmacie/om...ratuit-60.html ) A mix of Biotin, B Vitamins and other elements favouring the growth of the hair

    - Revita Shampoo ( http://www.dslaboratories.com/revita/# ) The most comprehensive product I have found on the market

    - L'Oreal Serioxyl ( https://www.kabooo.be/onze-merken/l-...hair-90ml.html ) Being in the early stages of androgenetic alopecia I found stemoxydine useful in the past.

This is the starting point of the therapy which remains rather cheap (something around 30 euros per month).

    To this I am adding:

    - Super-Bio Curcumin once daily ( https://www.lifeextensioneurope.com/...arian-capsules )

    -Ashvagandha 500mg daily

I will keep you informed of the progress.

    Best,

    stigrandissimi

Well I wish you the best of luck but the word 'natural' makes me skeptical.

The company also has a "hairloss creme"

    http://www.himalayaglobalholdings.co...loss-cream.htm

But they say its for "diffuse hairloss"

My entire regimen is natural except for minox and only using minox because I need something to keep my hair in growing phase for my regimen to work. Experiencing AMAZING growth even at hairline.
Here's 1 natural treatment I've posted before and others have tried and vouched for. Taking cold showers improves hair quality, eliminates dandruff and lowers sebum production. Also promotes the growth of brown fat.
