Beard transplant hair falling out
Guys,
Had scalp and beard grafts transplanted to the mid-scalp and crown region about six months ago. I was under the impression that pretty much all transplanted hairs fell out within the first two weeks, as expected. However, around the 6 month mark, I am seeing hairs falling out pretty often, and due to color and texture, and I am sure these are my beard hairs that are now falling out from my scalp. Does that mean that these hairs are now shedding for the first time, and will now start growing, or am I loosing these beard grafts permanently (i.e. did the body reject them)? I know that beard hair may act a little differently from the typical timeline, so wanted to know if anyone can speak from their experience.
Thanks in advance.
