Thinning at crown?

Hello Everybody,

Recently I've received a few comments about a slight bald spot on the crown of my head. I have not noticed any hair loss in the shower, and my front hairline seems to not be affected. I'm looking for advice on whether I should go see a dermatologist/specialist or this is just a normal crown/cowlick.
