According to dr. Wesley, Pilofocus is completely scarless and can be used as a way of extraction on both donor area (for HT) and recipient area (for repair cases to remove bad transplanted grafts and old plugs)

I don't think it does any regeneration, it is only advertised as a scarless procedure.... Also there is no proof that HST does any regeneration as HASCI failed to prove that.
