question about a technical issue in a HT
Hi, I submitted a form for an online consultation before a potential HT. I got an informative answer that includes the following lines, which I don't fully understand. Can you guys explain me in details what the meaning is?
Whilst FUE should not appear to be a problem for you with your coarse donor hair extractions might prove to be more difficult and the transection rate will be monitored. If the transection rate was over what we would consider acceptable Dr ***** would not recommend continuing with the surgery.
Thanks!

Transection means a graft was damaged by the surgical instrument (blade, punch, etc). The clinic might use a relatively small tool for extraction (perhaps smaller than average) which risks damage to some types of hair. I don't know.
I would interpret this response to possibly mean that they are either too inexperienced (which is bad), or possibly they are experienced but extra careful (which is good). Or maybe even both. Hard to know which answer is correct. Careful is always good though.
