Question for those using Susan's Formula (Murray apothecary) with topical fin

For those who use the compounded formula and have the fin included in the mix, or use the topical fin separate, do you still use fin tablets, or the just the topical, or switch between the topical fin and the oral fin EOD.

Does the topical fin actually work, and are there less sides?
