Receding hairline

I have noticed I am losing more hair than usual in the bath/ shower some days (not everyday. I just notice it once or twice a week) I think my hair may be recording (see attached pics) can't really remember what it looked like when I was younger (I'm now 31). I have attached some pics, just wondered what you guys thought? My hair is pretty long at the minute so if it was receding would want to switch style or seek treatment
