Alternatives to Propecia

Hello.

I am looking for some advice on a regimen to start for hair loss. It has been thinning on the crown for a few years now. It has been slowly getting worse and is driving me nuts . I have tried Rogain with zero results . I don't want to take Propecia for many reasons and was Hoping someone had some info on alternatives to Propecia that actually work. I have read black tea extract, saw palmetto, bla bla bla. But do they actually work?? Hope someone.can help me out . Thanks

All i know of is ru58841 but you mine as well just take propecia then cause there arent really any studies on sides though people say they get less sides from ru
