If SET is as good as we think it is, CB is going to be a total write off.

CB is promissing, but I can't understand why Cosmo need as many as 5-6 years for it... That's why I have my hope mainly in: SM, Seti, Replicel.
Well, i tend to prioritize the ones with at least some evidence of effectiveness in humans. Regarding CB we know topical antiandrogens have a direct impact on scalp hair.
Samumed is moving faster towards commercialization and remember that even a weak wnt agonist like vpa grows some hair.
As far as i know setipiprant was tested on human hairs transplanted to mice. Thats the kind of preclinical tests that can lead to misleading conclusions. We need human clinical trials to determine the real effectiveness of a drug.

There was talk that BIM could be out in like a year or might have started phase 3 already. BIM is pretty far along too I think and it counteracts DHT supposedly besides just regrowing hair like minox. So BIM might be promising too especially when combined with something seti or even propecia. A lot of this stuff might stack and even one new treatment might make a big difference. We are already on the brink of being able to maintain your hair for a long time. Something like BIM and Seti combined might be a huge game changer who really knows, but I think all this stuff holds much more short term promise than the stem cell routes.

Its really said fellas. Nothing at least for the next five years new is going to come out. Maybe bimatropost but I believe that is a 20% chance of that happening so soon. Do not let the members on here with that wishful thinking get into your head. I let it get into mine for years on these sites. Its sad but nothing concrete is coming to the table any time soon. Damn this sucks. I have all kinds of bumps in my head. Toupe hear I come.

I dont know I think I disagree with that. I think 2 or 3 years there will be 1 new treatment. Thats my guess. Whether its BIM or CB or something else we will see something cross the finish line in 2-3 years. I wouldnt expect miracles from it but something better than nothing

Next 5 years at minimum imo;
Minoxidil
Finasteride
Furthermore you have a very fast expanding hair transplant industry (fact).
Feels bad. Miracles can happen though. Let's hope that the hair congress brings something new maybe.

Welp, that's incredibly depressing. Guess there's no point wasting my time on this stupid website any longer. Best of luck fellas

You have had a HT, no wonder you're such a naysayer. I understand how you feel. You don't want anything to come soon right? Everybody please note that Swooping have had a HT while reading his every negative comment on every science-supported treatment such as PGD2 stuff.
