Need some suggestions and thoughts. Doctors?

After a long battle with scalp inflammation, massive hair shedding, and recession, I kind of came out alive.

I need advise now. I still have pain at the corners of my hairline.. I'm also getting small pimples there with a lot of minaturizing hair.. I have been on propecia for a year and 10 months already and the massive loss and pain happened at one year.. Is propecia having the opposite effect? Will dutasteride kill off more of my hairline? I can't even use gels sprays or minoxidil because my scalp is so sensitive now..
