Propecia at 18/19 for slow hairline recession?

Hi guys, basically I have a slowly receeding hairline at 18(19 in a few days) and am wondering if propecia could help with that and if it can cause any problems with puberty. What I mean by that is, I'm not fully through puberty yet but want to stop my hair loss but don't want to lose any potential growth and development of my body.

Any advice would be great, thanks.
