What happened to Dr. Wolf?

I remember that Dr. Wolf, who practices in Cincinnati, was a IARHS recommended surgeon. He isn't on the list anymore. Anyone know why?

I live an hour away, so I wanted to get a consult in with him.

Dr. Wolf is not practicing at this time, but will begin to perform surgery again at the end of 2010.

Exactly WHY is Dr. Wolf not practicing at this time?

I met with him two times a few years ago and thought he was great. He doesnt try to sell you an HT and tells you te good and possible bad.
