Your recession in the temples is considered totally normal and looks like an adult hairline for someone your age (rather than a pre-teen with no temple recession at all). You still have a full head of hair, so a hair transplant would be a huge mistake. Listen to your family, they know you the best, and stop obsessing about your hair. If you want to be proactive then consider getting on Propecia but understand you'll need to stay on it long term. It's not something you try for a while, or forget to take it when you're busy. I'm not convinced you need to do anything yet, I don't see any thinning yet, just the normal amount of recession in your temples, and that sometimes doesn't mean anything.
