    Dr. Cole Experience

I had an FUE procedure with Dr. Cole in Alpharetta, Ga and wanted to let members know how it went. I'm not going to post any photos at this time, but I may later.

I've been following Dr. Cole for quite some time now and obviously I liked what I saw. Like Dr. Cole, his staff is professional, friendly, efficient, and accommodating.

After filling out the paper work, I met with Dr. Cole and we discussed my goals. I wanted to augment my hairline and fill in the crown. He told me I didn't need any grafts in the front, but if I decided that's what I wanted, he'd do it. I appreciated his honesty, and wasn't shocked at his evaluation. I decided to go forth with the augmentation in the front and he had me draw in the hairline I wanted. After I came out of the bathroom with my drawn in hairline, he tweaked it to make it look appropriate. It was exactly what I wanted.

After that, he and the staff got started numbing me up, drawing my blood (I opted for PRP with Acell), and all the other prep beyond my view. The shots and the draw were easy, which made the extractions painless. I watched sports center and other mind numbing day time television while Dr. Cole and his staff worked away. He makes a little small talk, but not much. To me that's just an indication of how focused he is which is even more reassuring.

After the surgical part was over with, his nurse applied the A-Gel to the graft sites to stimulate regeneration. She and his trainee went over the post op care very thoroughly (I forgot some of it because I was anxious and nervous). They took my post op photos and sent me on my way with written instructions.

The next day I got a call from his nurse just to follow up and remind me of what I needed to be doing.

Shout out to Nelson for all his help beginning to end. He helps with the scheduling and also answered a lot of my redundant questions that the other staff members had already covered.

At this point, my fingers are crossed that I'll be a Grower and a Show'er.

    Thanks Dr. Cole and Staff.

Congrats on your HT. When did you have it done? How many grafts?
