Concern about the treatment

Hello guys,
before 5 months ago I noticed that I was starting to loosing hair over my scalp. I'm 18 years old and I'm very concern about that. My dad and grandfather never had such kind of a problem. I went to several dermatologist, first they gave me a prescription for vitamins and spray of the brand Ducray. But they didn't work. Now i'm on Regaine since 2 weeks. My hair doesn't stop to fall, i can say it's even more. I'm also using a shampoo with B6 and B12 vitamins of the brand Ducray.
Do you think, that there is any hope to stop my hair fall and regrowth more hair than it used to be ?
