    Default Maturity

I`m 4-1/2 months post op after a graft proceedure and I definitely have new growth but the recipient area still seems less thick than desired.
My doc said that they got almost 4,000 grafts,so I figured I`d have good coverage. How long does it really take to get a good indication of what the final density will look like? I know people say it takes up to 18 months to achieve the final result, but what are your opinions on how much improvement you saw during ...say months 4 through 8?

You’re just beginning to see a small percentage of what will be coming in. By 8 months most of the hair should be sprouting, but like you said, you won’t see the full results until after a year. Be patient, if you’’re seeing good growth at only 4 months, you’re doing good.
