This enthusiastic professional stopped in Friday and was kind enough to do a little video of his experience.
He's got very fine, silky, gray hair. We did a frontal case to build him a hairline a few years ago, then a second case about a year ago now. He looks great. Now he certainly has adequate donor supply to finish that crown, but his feeling, and mine, is that a small area of thinning in the crown on a 60 year old is NOT remarkable. What is important is that we lowered his very high hairline about an inch and a half, and gave him adequate coverage, albeit with fine hair, to the entire front of his head. This framing of the face and top coverage essentially solved his problem.
