Does minox itch cause hair to fall out?

Hi Im using rogaine standard minox (with finasteride and anti dht shampoo) I use these all normally with no over use. My head itches more when i apply minox (feels like a slightly more intense mpb itch) and when i scratch it a hair will fall out with dandruff. Is the itch harmfull and making my hair fall out? Or is the shedding part of the natural minox action. Cheers

you might be having an allergic reaction to the propylene glycol in in the liquid minox. try the rogaine foam or generic foam, it doesn't have this ingredient and see if the itching stops. you are not suppose to get itching using rogaine.

u first try to clear ur dandruff. then start minox....
it will help u lot..

I have previously use foam rogaine no problems, although it seems as if it made my shedding at the temples speed up.. i stopped for a while and it just didnt grow back?
