Default Mystery: LLT works or not?

I think IAHRS doctors should clarify this question to the community. So from what i understood LLT has no results alone but together with minox and / or fin has better results than minox and / or fin alone . it is true? thanks for the replies

I agree. The actual research is incredibly weak. Additionally, very little of what you find on the internet is accurate. NEVER trust any "testimonials" you see from corporations or individuals. They are all full of sh*t. As I say with any cosmetic treatment...If LLT worked well, it would be a billion dollar industry, and every person, including the news, would be talking about it.

I used it consistently for over 6 months. Noticed no difference at all. Not saying it will not work for anybody else, but it didn't do much of anything for me.

You will not get autophagy with 635 nm wavelength. Autophagy is suppressed by miR-221. Dht drives up miR-221.

660 nm is too close to most of the lasers being used. I think most of them are around 635 nm. You will need 1064 nm to get autophagy.

"Due to the fact that Ulk1 is responsible for starting autophagy. This has shown us that there are attempts at autophagy
on all wavelengths, except 660 nm; however, on some wave-lengths, these attempts were selectively stopped by a mecha-
    nism we cannot explain."

This is what they used but something similar with same wavelength and power would work.

Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm; Fotona Plus, Fotona, Slovenia) was
used for treatment of mucositis daily from the 1st to the 4th
days (pulsed mode, average power 0.25 W, beam area:
0.28 cm2, application time 9 s, total energy per session
    2.24 J, energy density 8 J/cm2 )(0.25W×9s/0.28cm2=8.04 J/cm2).
