But in France it's without prescription, so i will give it a try and buying it directly in a pharma store. I think it's without prescription in most of the countries, you could do the same, unless you prefer command on the net

donc oui c'est deja dans nos pharmacies, j'ai chercher en France ils vendent troxerutin en poudre, 3500g dans 10 sachets, a melanger dans l'eau
le probleme c'est qu'on sait pas a quel dose en prendre, j'hesite entre 50/100mg par jour ou 400/500

I find this patent called Active mixtures comprising acylated oligopeptides and troxerutin(the authors seems to be french like us ) useful for increasing hair growth and in particular density of eyelashes and eyebrows.
This a solution, a topical for eyelashes, hair growth.
