Greetings,
Here is a patient of mine with fine, straight hair who received 4322 grafts via FUT to the frontal and mid scalp in 2 sessions.
As always, when there is limited donor supply relative to the amount of hair loss (which is in the majority of patients), I always choose to create a higher more mature hairline with greater density, as opposed to a lower hairline with lower density.
This patient is an excellent example of this concept.
The patient is thrilled with his results.
