Type of baldness

I am a 23 year old guy.From the last 4-5 years ,I am suffering from hair loss.But recently in the last 3 months I have noticed that my scalp is more visible.My hairs are shedding from the middle and the sides.But I don't think that it resembles a mpb.So I am sharing my pics so that someone can tell me what it is.

Looks a lot like diffuse thinning on top to me, which is MPB. I can already see formation of a horseshoe shape around the back and sides of your scalp.

Your best bet would be to start finasteride and minoxidil together, but of course you should see a doctor first to rule out other causes of hair loss.

I have never seen thinning or a bald spot on a man that wasnt MPB. Assuming you had hair there at one point than its MPB. What else would it be?
