Thin Hair on Back/Sides??? Pic
I'm worried that I may have naturally poor/thin donor hair, which would make a hair transplant out of the question. Does it look thin to you? Keep in mind that this is buzzed very low and in the sunlight.

It would be best to let a HT surgeon judge your quality of donor hair. You don't have to go to one IRL, most of them do consultations online as well and I believe for small questions like this you can usually email them for free with a picture attached.
Regarding the picture, I cannot say for sure. It looks pretty average, might be a bit on the lower end of average regarding density. However, it's important to realize that this doesn't mean a HT is out of the question. It just means that a HT surgeon could extract less grafts from your donor area then he could with someone with average density and average quality hair, therefore meaning you wouldn't be able to get as big of a HT as someone with average density. But you would still be able to get a HT.
