Great find BDD! That sounds very good

"On average, companies in the Biotechnology sector, sell 73.77% of the total offering size. Histogen sold 100.00% of the offering. Could this mean that the trust in Histogen is high? The average offering size for companies in the Biotechnology industry is $3.08 million. The total amount raised is 207.99% bigger than the average for companies in the Biotechnology sector"

With japanese laws, Histogen is come back in the front of the race in my opinion x) Won't be 'the cure' but in combination with a good HT, I could be saved for some years.

    This is very interesting indeed.

Could it be that Histogen are in a much stronger position than anyone could have anticipated? The article states that "The information in Form D is usually highly confidential for ventures and startups and they don't like revealing it" and that "Entrepreneurs usually want to keep their financing a 'secret' so they can stay in stealth mode for longer."

Perhaps Histogen have something up their sleeve...?

I thought they were trying to raise $18 million?

"In May 2015, Histogen opened an $18M Series D financing round."

Does this mean anything or they just filed it later? They have three more filings and all filed at the same time (amended 06/29) and have articles at the site OP posted. The $18 million is also filed with the SEC and nothing has been sold yet.

yeah im a lil confused by all this as well. The first link states out of 18 million nothing has been sold, but factoring in the next 3 links, they've apparently raised 25 million dollars.

What do you mean like it's supposed to?

This is a great opportunity for any member, old or new, to apologise for their "Histogen is dead" malarkey.

It's exactly our complaining and 10M questions that put them off from communicating here with us.
