myhealthonline seems to be a normal and safe website. I use this one http://www.selectmeds.net/pharmacy/propecia and it is similar by the design and offers. By the way, the price for generic Propecia is almost the same.
I suggest you, before ordering anything there, contact their support team. If you get a timely and friendly reply, I think it is worth trying. (my own experience). And don't place a big order for the first time. Order the minimal amount of pills to see how the service works and to see the quality of the pills you will get.
