I started it at 22.. Now 23 turning 24 and my hair is way thinner and I get scalp soreness. Hairline is doomed as well. I went on with thick full head of hair and just hairline recession on one side.

early hairloss is not a sign for agressive balding! there are no correlation
there are exceptions to any rule, but generally speaking; the earlier the onset, the more aggressive the outcome when no medication is involved and nature is allowed to run its course.

2 mg is a pretty big dose. What MPB type are you? Some guys start the treatment with the dose as low as possible. Why does your doctor prescribed you 2 mg? Have you discussed it?
