This nice fellow contacted me back in the summer with a history of multiple previous plug/strip procedures and 3 scalp reductions. He was unhappy with his scalp reduction scar, having too little hair on top, and his plugginess. He flew down, with a pretty good discussion preflight, on the limitations and expectations that I thought we could achieve.
Shown are his preop and intraop pics, and he couldn't find anyone locally to remove his sutures, so he flew in for suture removal at day 10. He expects to have a scar check in mid to late January as he was a pretty tight donor closure, and no good pics of his scalp reduction scar were taken by my tech as I was out of town at his unplanned suture removal visit.
