What does 15-20 years tell them that 5-10 years does not? Why not 2 years? Why not 40 years? These projects are ridiculous.

Dude I don't really understand your question. I said in my posts that it could be in more than 20 years or less than 10 years, so what's different with what you say?
When I said 15-20 it's just a way of talk, an average timeline. I said 20 like I could say 30, it's the same, meaning that it will be too late for me. It's not a project or whatever.
there are already company that work on that 3D thing, so if they success it could be soon with science progress, but it could also never happen if they don't success with that approach.

I took propecia during 3 years in the beginning of my loss, I didn't have side effects but I stopped it cause my loss continued and I was like " well let's not take a shitty drug for that poor results". Now it's been 5 years that I don't take anything (and made the worse : bad diet, lot of smoke, no vitamins,etc ^^)
Maybe if I hadn't stopped it , I would be a nwd3 instead of 4, but well it's quite the same in my situation when you buzz cut.
but I plan to do a big FUE, or piloscopy when it comes out, so I will have to take again propecia or duda, I didn't have side effects so it's okay for me, but hope to stop it when stem cell treatments comes in the game in japan. ( and not forget seti, sm, cb, etc..)

It's normal that you don't see improvements with what you take. propecia and minox are working for some individuals, so maybe you could try it for 6 months and see if you have side effects and improvement. There's a shedding in the beginning so you will have to be patient unfortunately and try to not be depressed.
But my friend thanks god you're only 20^^, there's many things in phase 2 or 3 now, so if just one is effective and come to market, in combination with a HT, you could be fine. (that will not be a cure but enough to enjoy your life
